  High-Throughput GC/MS Confirmation and Quantitation of Benzoylecgonine in Urine Using the DSQ II
 AN10167 highlights key results for the analysis of benzoylecgonine using the DSQ II GC/MS system.
 A method for the confirmation and quantitation of benzoylecgonine in urine using the DSQTM II GC/MS system was fully validated. This validation covered precision, specificity/interference, linearity and carryover. All work was performed on extracted, derivatized urine samples to mirror real-world requirements. This application note highlights key results from these validation studies. The DSQ II and ToxLabTM 2.0 software provide reliable, robust performance for the routine GC/MS confirmation of benzoylegonine in urine.
