| A method for the GC/MS confirmation and quantitation of amphetamine (AM) and methamphetamine (MA) using the DSQTM II GC/MS system was developed and fully validated. The validation included precision, specificity/interference, linearity and carryover. All studies were performed using extract, derivatized urine samples, mirroring real-world requirements.
ToxLabTM 2.0 software provided automated sample acquisition and processing. This application note highlights key results from the validation studies, and demonstrates that the DSQ II and ToxLab 2.0 are valuable tools for the reliable confirmation of AM and MA in urine.
