| A new split method was developed for the analysis of the diverse taget list of the EPA Method 8270. |
| EPA Method 8270 is a method for the analysis of a diverse target list in various environmental matrics and these compounds are a rugged test for any GC-MS. A split GC-MS method was developed to analyze this diverse target list using fast chromatography with a hot needle split injection. In the overall comparison of the conventional splitless method to the new split method the most dramatic improvements seen were shorter run times and hight flow rates. |
