Thermo Scientific UniQuant®  software allows you to analyze unknown materials without the need for matching standards or reference materials. This powerful "standard-less" methodology is based on a set of fundamental parameters and unique algorithms for XRF data processing. It can be used with all our X-ray products, i.e. ARL 9900 series XRF/Full XRD, ARL ADVANT'X Series WDXRF and ARL QUANT'X EDXRF.

OptiQuant™

For ARL OPTIM'X and some versions of ARL ADVANT'X, which can be both equipped with a SmartGonio™, we have developed OptiQuant, an optimised version of UniQuant. Fully calibrated and pre-installed in the factory using the SmartGonio. OptiQuant is ready to be used right after installation of the instrument at the customer's site.
