Test Systems Training Solutions

Whether the goal is improved product use or maintenance, troubleshooting and repair, we can help your end users work better, faster and more efficiently.

General product training
Instruction covers basic operation theory, proper operation and routine user-level service of the product. Calibration and set-up are also included if either is a part of the product's operation. Materials such as handbooks, training manuals and quick-reference guides are provided.

Product service training
Service Level Training is provided when users need to certify their employees on the repair and calibration of Thermo Scientific products. Topics include:

  • Basic theory of operation, including troubleshooting tips and technical specifications
  • Operation and adjustment of systems, circuit boards, alarm and detection circuitry
  • Calibration tips and hands-on calibration exercises
  • Board-level troubleshooting
  • Review of schematics, loading diagrams and BOMs. (Technical handbooks are provided)

Depending on the level of training provided, an exam may be offered. If appropriate, a Certificate of Completion will be issued.

Customized product or service training
Custom training is tailored to the needs, applications and proficiencies of end users, often incorporating their own procedures. Topics and scope are similar to those of standard training, but with additional or special emphasis to accommodate specific customer needs.
