A Depot Service Agreement is a pre-purchased or pre-paid agreement that provides for repair, calibration and certification of a specified product at a Thermo Depot Repair Center. Designed as an economical means for instrument repairs where onsite support is not applicable.
Contact a Service Representative today to learn more about reducing the risk of unexpected repair costs. Send your request and you will receive a confirmation email that includes the telephone number for a Thermo representative most appropriate to answer your question. He/she will contact you within two business days.
Predictable costs and Certified Parts: Labor and Parts are included (with possible exceptions as indicated in the specific agreement). Typically, the only additional per-service expense will be the cost of shipping both ways.
Priority repair turnaround times: Instruments with a Depot Service Agreement receive priority attention, while others are repaired on a “best effort” basis.
Priority technical support: Quick access to experienced and highly trained technical professionals to help identify problems and provide quick resolution plans.
Scheduled maintenance: You have the ability to schedule yearly preventive maintenance and calibration procedures to match your schedule.
Parts and labor warranties: Parts and service are warrantied for 30 days, unless governed by a separate warranty.
Customer must identify use of the instrument as it relates to health and safety issues at the outset of the service, before any work begins. The customer must also purge the instrument of any hazardous material and certify it as clean. |
