Our Depot Repair Centers provide an economical choice for repair, routine preventive maintenance, and calibration of your Thermo products. Dedicated and experienced repair specialists perform meticulous maintenance that will reduce downtime and extend the life of your product. To schedule a routine maintenance or to arrange for repair, please contact us. The form will help us identify the Repair Center that will best meet your needs. You will receive a confirmation email that includes a telephone number and will be contacted within two business days. To confirm the address of a service, training, or demo office already known to you, we provide a listing of these facilities by location.
Per-repair costs: Labor is billed on an hourly or fixed-price basis. Parts, other than those under warranty, are charged at their current list prices. The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping both ways.
Fast product turnaround: Turnaround is provided on a “best effort” basis. For faster repairs, an “expedite” service is available for an extra charge which moves the product to a next-in-line status. Priority is given to all products that are protected by a specific Depot Service Agreement or any Thermo Service Agreement.
Parts and labor warranties: Services performed on your product are warrantied for 30 days for labor and 90 days for parts, unless governed by a seperate warranty.
Engineer health and safety: Customer must identify use of the instrument as it relates to health and safety issues at the outset of the service call, before any work begins. The customer must also purge the system of any hazardous material and certify it as clean. |
