The IR source is one of the major components in an FT-IR spectrometer, contributing significantly to the overall performance of the system. Although the traditional Nicolet FT-IR source combines high performance with intuitive operation and low power consumption, continuous efforts have been made to enhance the performance of the source. The ETC EverGlo* IR source is the result of those efforts.
The enhanced ETC EverGlo* IR source has built-in automatic electronic temperature control (ETC), and provides three operating modes, which offer distinct advantages over traditional sources.
