To eliminate verbal communication errors, pricing discrepancies and shipping errors, Thermo Environmental Instruments, Inc accepts written orders only. Please fax or email your purchase request to 508-520-2800 or Customer Service. If your Company does not generate purchase orders, you can download a Verbal Purchase Order Form to complete for your convenience. Thank you for your cooperation.

Orders for stock merchandise will be processed and shipped based on availability. If you require same day shipment within the US, please include a $75.00 emergency handling fee for each part required on your order and place your order between the hours of 7:00 AM and 6:30 PM Eastern Standard Time.

Non-stock or made to order merchandise will be processed and shipped based on a specified lead time. This lead time will be noted on your acknowledgement at the time the order is placed.

  1. Thermo Environmental Instruments, Inc minimum order amount is $50.00 
  2. Pending credit approval, payment terms are net 30 days from date of shipment. Thermo Environmental Instruments, Inc also accepts American Express, Visa, MasterCard and COD purchases. 
     

 

  • Credit Policy and Application

If you would like to apply for credit please fill out our Credit Application Form and either fax with our credit fax cover sheet to 508-520-2830 or attach a copy to your purchase order.  All customers are required to send back a signed credit policy form for any line of credit requested. Failure to do so could delay the processing of your order.
