Installing the Stirrer:
Slowly slide and twist stirrer over the bottom sensing element of the electrode. Leave approximately 1/4" space between the stirrer blade and sensing element. To prevent damage to your electrode DO NOT allow stirrer blade to touch the sensing element.

Use with Electrode:
Place electrode and stirrer into sample beaker over a magnetic stir plate. To prevent sample carry over, do not place stirrer O-ring gripping assembly into sample solution. Use controls on magnetic stir plate to adjust stirring speed. Between samples rinse electrode, with stirrer attached, using distilled water. Thoroughly rinse the area around the stir blade. The ionplus stirring accessory will stir aqueous samples. Do not use with samples containing a large amount of particulate matter. Limit exposure to methanol or ethanol. Do not use with other organic solvents.
