Ordering: Orders may be submitted via phone, email, or fax. There is a minimum order of $40.00 USD.

Terms: Payment terms for U.S. orders are NET 30 DAYS upon credit approval. Orders for shipment outside the U.S. must be prepaid via wire transfer or credit card.
