Cost:
The cost for the symposium is $150 per person. A continental breakfast and lunch is provided.

Payment:
Payment must be made by check or PO#. Checks should be made payable to Thermo Fisher Scientific. After completing the form below, confirmation of enrollment and a map/directions to the training facility will be emailed to you upon receipt of payment or PO#. Payment must be received no later than April 24th to guarantee your seat.
